To use the following process to fill the temporary Board vacancy: each Board Member will nominate two candidates from which the Board will chose 4 finalists to interview before selecting the person to fill the vacancy.

To require all new judges to receive GBA judge training and to end the practice of grandfathering in judges trained by other associations. (effective immediately) |

To change the scoring procedure in finals judging to require decimal point scoring in each criteria and prohibiting judges from giving the same score to different entries in each criteria. (effective immediately) |

Great move on the scoring procedures for finals judging – in my opinion.
That should get a universal thumbs-up! More challenging for the Judges and clearer results for the Cook Teams.
